The Traditional DTG process:
1) Load the shirt on the printer and Hit Print!
* Printer Starts Printing *
- You wait for the shirt to finish printing because you can't work on the next shirt -
* Printer is done printing in 1-3 minutes *
2) Unload the printed shirt
3) Heat press the shirt (Be careful not to burn yourself)
4) Load the next shirt on the printer quickly (while making sure it's straight)
5) Hit Print! 1-2 Minutes Later
** Wait for the print to finish and repeat steps 1-5 **
The New Non-Stop Printing Process:
1) Load the shirt on the printer and Hit Print!
** While the printer is printing DON'T WASTE PRODUCTION TIME WAITING **
2) Load your 14x16 Platen with the next shirt on your Setup Station. You have 1-3 minutes (while the printer is printing) to calmly load the next shirt accurately. Making sure it's straight and centered on the platen. Without the stress of wasting production time.
* Printer is Done Printing *
3) Switch the platens and Hit Print! 10 Seconds Later!
* Printer Starts Printing *
1) Unload the printed shirt, heat press the shirt, load the next shirt
* Printer is Done Printing *
2) Switch the platens and Hit Print! 10 Seconds Later!
* Printer Starts Printing *
